:: 2010 REPORT ::

October 2010: LOTS Charity Foundation (LCF) were the sole beneficiary of the 2010 Worship for Change concert.

LCF was founded by Future Awards winner (Best use of advocacy), Tolu Sangosanya. Tolu works with the children in a settlement in Lagos known as the Dustbin Estate in Ajegunle.

This settlement which is home to thousands is founded on a heap of rubbish. Primarily LCF engages with the children by empowering them educationally and opening their minds to possibilities beyond their current situation.

Initially, they started to have daily extra classes in shed generously provided by a church in the settlement. The sum of N2.5 million being donations made at the 2010 Worship for Change concert have been used to:

- Pay for 2 years rent for a 3 bedroom property which currently serves as a resource centre

- Provision of seats, tables, bookshelves and other furniture - Air conditioning of the entire facility

 - Provision of 6 desktop computers, UPS and computer furniture
